Ready to see downtown Woodward in a whole new way?

 

The Downtown Woodward Explorer Challenge is a free, self-guided scavenger hunt that takes you on a walk through some of downtown's unique landmarks, public art, historic features, and local favorites. Complete the clues at your own pace, discover places you may have never noticed before, and experience downtown from a fresh perspective.

 

When you've completed the challenge, submit your answers, and we'll mail you an exclusive Downtown Woodward Explorer badge and Woodward postcard as a souvenir of your adventure.

 

Plus, you'll be entered into our monthly drawing for a local gift card!

Whether you're visiting for the first time or have lived here for years, it's a fun way to get outside, explore, and discover what makes Woodward special.

All locations are within a

0.8 mile route on Main Street.

Most participants finish in about 30-45 minutes.

Hint: Make sure to check the nooks and crannies.

Hint: Take a stroll - you won't have to count for long.

Hint: This animal travels down Main Street every year!

Hint: Before cars, many people arrived here a different way.

Hint: These four letters surprisingly make up a last name.

Hint: Think of a classic American highway road trip.

Hint: Don't forget to look all the way around.
