Where – Crystal Beach Rodeo Arena

When – November 1st, 2025 at 4:00 p.m.

Prizes – Winner will receive $100 in Main Street Bucks

Rules

▪ Must be 18 years of age to enter.

▪ The first person to finish his/her pie stands up to end the contest and be declared the winner.

▪ Judges will decide if the pie is actually finished before ending the contest.

▪ Waiver MUST be signed by each contestant prior to the contest.

All registrants must read and sign this waiver before competing.

I hereby agree, acknowledge, and accept the following and am registering for the Pie Eating Contest:

I know that eating a pie at a fast rate of speed is potentially hazardous and a possibly ridiculous activity. I should not enter and eat unless I am medically able. I agree to abide by any decision of the contest officials and abide by any and all contest rules. I assume all risks associated with eating in this event, including, but not limited to, indigestion, stretched tummy, orange nose, contact with other contestants, a general dislike for pie after I am done, and all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver, and knowing these facts and in consideration of the Giant Pumpkin Drop accepting my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the City of Woodward, Woodward Main Street, the contest organizers, pie suppliers/bakers, their representatives, successors, and the Giant Pumpkin Drop from all claims of liabilities of any kind arising from my participation in this event. I also understand that the above is also related to any food allergies. By signing below, I also authorize pictures and photographs of myself to be used in the promotion of this event and future events.
